Kokkinos Studios consists of two ground-floor studios, namely Triple Studio and Family Studio. Both have their own furnished verandas, where the guests can sit and enjoy a relaxing view of the sea – which is a mere 10m away!
If you wish, the Kokkinos Studios owners can offer you a small boat, upon request and with a surcharge, a wonderful chance to explore all the hidden beauty of the area and the island of Zakynthos.
The Triple Studio can accommodate up to 3 persons (ideally two adults and a child) and measures 30 sq.m. It is equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double, if you wish, as well as another single one in the attic – which is accessible by stairs. The two beds are located in an open plan space, along with the kitchenette and the dining area. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge and a small oven with two stoves. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
The Family Studio can accommodate up to 4 persons and measures 40 sq.m. It is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa-bed. It features a bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchenette with a small oven with two stoves, a microwave oven and a mini-fridge.

Kokkinos Studios are located just 10m away from the sea, on Mikro Nisi beach in the Agios Nikolaos Volimon area of Zakynthos Island. Agios Nikolaos has proven to be very popular, and features beaches with clear waters, taverns, a bakery and the second port of the island. From this port, one can visit the neighbouring island of Kefalonia, as well as the world-famous (and accessible exclusively by boat) Shipwreck Cove (Navagio) and Blue Caves!
